About Therapy

Your first appointment will last approx. 90 minutes. I do a full consultation followed by your treatment. Any follow up appointments are 45-60 minutes. I suggest you wear loose comfortable clothing or bring some shorts as we may need to access your legs and back depending on what I am treating.

Most people are surprised at just how painless the acupuncture is and how enjoyable and relaxing a treatment can be, with the vast majority of patients simply falling asleep during treatment.

About A Session

Average number of sessions is 4 - 6 weekly, with improvements being noticed during this time.

I recommend 4 weekly sessions to give you the best change of effectiveness. Everyone is an individual and it can take time to kick start your body back into working how it should. The aim is to encourage the body to stimulate the nervous system to get you back to a more healthier you.

Acupuncture isn't a quick fix, with 4 -6 sessions evidencing the most impact.

How Much Does It Cost?

All appointments will cost £60 per session with the exception of the Facial Massage.
Facial Rejuvenation is £85 per session.
A non refundable deposit of £20 is required with each booking.
Home visits are available with a surcharge of £25. Please message me for more details.

How Long Will A Session Last?

Your first appointment will last approx. 90 mins. This consists of a full consultation and treatment. Needles will always be left in for 30 mins.
Facial rejuvenation appointments are approx 90 mins
LED Face Mask is a 20 minute treatment
